What this move is
Plain-language subtitle: a faster, flowing Full Squeeze.
The PDF describes this as a faster version of The Full Squeeze. Instead of closing each level carefully with time to think, you travel through the levels quickly and repeatedly.
What it trains
- speed in level sequencing
- the ability to move from one level to the next without pausing
- rhythm under effort
- confidence that the lower-level work has actually sunk in
What it should feel like
It should feel like the squeeze starts at the entrance and quickly moves upward. It should not feel like three completely separate actions with long breaks between them.
The PDF warns that the first few times may feel awkward and wrong. That is expected. This is not usually a first-day success exercise.
Step-by-step instructions
Animation slot reserved
Needs a custom speed-and-sequencing animation.
- Close the first level of the canal in one swift motion.
- Rapidly move on to the next level above without trying to "hold" the first one in your mind.
- Do the same for the third level.
- Repeat the sequence as fast as you can 30 times without taking a break.
The PDF's mental shorthand is: close the first level, then the second, then the third, then go right back to the first immediately.
Sets, reps, positions, and weekday placement

Stretch reminder from the PDF: stretch after today's practice.
Common beginner mistakes
- trying to make the motion huge instead of quick
- pausing too long between levels
- holding your breath to "power" through the reps
- losing the idea of sequence and turning the movement into a generic fast clench
- using speed as a substitute for clarity

This exercise needs an animation that clearly shows the sequence traveling through levels at speed.

When to pause, scale down, or stop
Scale down if the sequence falls apart once you go fast. Good options:
- do smaller sets, like 10 clean reps at a time
- slow the motion down until the order is clear
- go back to Full Squeeze for a while
Speed only helps once the pathway is real.
