The Lock

What this move is

Plain-language subtitle: a feedback drill using your fingers.

The Lock is the most clearly self-testing exercise in the guide. The idea is to place fingers inside the vagina and try to close the canal around them without letting them slide out.

Because this exercise uses internal touch, it deserves a little more setup than the PDF gives. Wash your hands, keep nails smooth, and use lubricant if you need it.

What it trains

  • stronger awareness of the whole canal, not just the entrance
  • the difference between side-wall closure and front/back closure
  • feedback you can feel directly
  • confidence with holding multiple layers of squeeze at once

What it should feel like

The goal is to feel the canal gathering around the fingers along its depth, not just pinching right at the opening. The exercise should feel focused and effortful, but not painful or invasive in a bad way.

If internal touch makes your body tense up, that matters. Stress can make the drill less informative.

Step-by-step instructions

Animation slot reserved

May be better served by an annotated diagram or a very careful abstract animation.

Status: needs_creation

  1. With your fingers inside of you, start closing the horizontal walls of the entrance of the vagina through pulses.
  2. Hold that squeeze and identify the front and back walls of level 1, closing them with short pulses.
  3. Holding the squeeze of level 1, move to the heart of the canal and close the horizontal walls, then the front and back walls there.
  4. Holding the first two levels, try to close the highest level near the cervix, again closing horizontal walls first and front/back walls after.
  5. Relax the entire canal.
  6. Rest for a few minutes.
  7. Repeat the whole sequence 10 times.

Sets, reps, positions, and weekday placement

Weekday placement: first exercise on Fridays.

Schedule from the PDF:

  • 10 total repetitions
  • 5 repetitions with 2 fingers inside
  • 5 repetitions with 1 finger inside

Common beginner mistakes

  • trying this while dry, irritated, or anxious
  • forcing 2 fingers when the body is not relaxed enough
  • only squeezing the entrance
  • treating discomfort as proof the drill is working
  • forgetting to fully relax between repetitions

GIF demo slot

Primary GIF slot: needs_creation

This page may end up needing an annotated diagram instead of a literal looped animation, but the slot should stay reserved either way.

Figure/source note from the PDF

Source: PDF pages 11-12.

Figure labels: A-I show the progression across levels and wall directions.

When to pause, scale down, or stop

Scale down if:

  • internal touch makes you clamp shut or panic
  • you cannot relax enough for the exercise to feel informative
  • one finger already feels like enough for now

You can also skip this exercise temporarily and return to Full Squeeze until your internal map feels clearer.
