Sucking & Pulsing

What this move is

Plain-language subtitle: keep the contraction, then add rhythm or extra depth.

This page covers two drills that both happen while you are already holding a contraction:

  • Pulsing: keep the pull active, then add repeated squeeze-and-soften pulses
  • Sucking: keep the pull active, then try to pull even further inward in quick repetitions

What it trains

  • maintaining a contraction while doing something else
  • rhythm inside a held lift
  • stronger awareness of the deeper levels of the canal
  • the ability to add intensity without losing the basic cue

What it should feel like

Both drills should feel like they sit on top of an already active pull. The main contraction should stay present.

The PDF says the pulses should be felt especially in levels 2 and 3, and that the sucking motion should feel tiring by the time you reach 20 reps.

Step-by-step instructions

Animation slot reserved

Needs a custom demo that shows added pulses or deeper pull while the main contraction stays active.

Status: needs_creation

Pulsing

  1. Contract your vaginal canal.
  2. Keep that contraction active.
  3. While holding it, pulse the lateral walls together and relax the pulse repeatedly.
  4. Do 20 pulses.
  5. Relax.
  6. Repeat the sequence 7 times.

Sucking

  1. Contract your vaginal canal all the way in.
  2. Try to pull in even further, as if you were trying to suck something all the way inside.
  3. Relax only that last extra pull, then do it again.
  4. Repeat this quick "sucking" motion 20 times.
  5. Relax.
  6. Repeat the sequence 7 times.

Sets, reps, positions, and weekday placement

Weekday placement: the PDF also labels this as the "first exercise on Wednesdays," even though Side Isolation carries the same label. This pack treats it as the second Wednesday block so the schedule remains usable.

Drill Position Prescription
Pulsing Standing 7 sets of 20 pulses
Pulsing Sitting 7 sets of 20 pulses
Sucking Standing 7 sets of 20 sucking motions
Sucking Sitting 7 sets of 20 sucking motions

Common beginner mistakes

  • losing the base contraction while trying to add pulses
  • confusing sucking with pushing
  • forcing intensity so hard that the whole pelvis braces
  • assuming subtle reps "do not count"
  • treating speed as the only goal

Figure/source note from the PDF

Source: PDF pages 18-20.

Figure labels: A-F cover both the pulsing and sucking sequences. Page 20 carries the Wednesday prescription and pacing tips.

When to pause, scale down, or stop

Scale down if 20 reps wipes out the quality of the base contraction. You can:

  • cut the rep count
  • train only Pulsing or only Sucking for a session
  • reduce intensity and focus on keeping the main pull steady

Stop if the motion turns into bearing down or creates pain.
