Full Squeeze

What this move is

Plain-language subtitle: zip the canal closed one level at a time.

The Full Squeeze is a sequencing exercise. Instead of treating the canal as one vague area, you try to close it in stages:

  1. entrance
  2. heart of the canal
  3. highest level near the cervix

Then you release the whole sequence.

What it trains

  • level-by-level closure
  • holding earlier levels while adding a deeper one
  • a clearer sense of release
  • the skill foundation used later in The Whip

What it should feel like

The PDF says the release should feel different from releasing a contraction. It compares the sensation to "unzipping" from the top down.

That is the useful mental image here. The goal is not just strength. The goal is being able to tell one phase from the next.

Step-by-step instructions

Animation slot reserved

Needs a custom demo for level-by-level closure.

Status: needs_creation

  1. Focus on the entrance of the vagina and bring the lateral walls together through a series of pulses.
  2. Hold that squeeze and do the same at the heart of the vagina, or level 2.
  3. Hold both of those squeezes and move on to the third level near the cervix, again closing through pulses.
  4. With your entire canal closed, release.
  5. Repeat the full sequence.

Sets, reps, positions, and weekday placement

Weekday placement: second exercise on Tuesdays.

There is a source discrepancy here:

  • page 9 says "Repeat the full sequence 15 times"
  • page 10 schedules "10 Full Squeezes" in each position

For weekly planning, this pack follows the schedule page and keeps the instruction-page count visible as a note.

Position Scheduled repetitions
Sitting 10
Standing 10
Laying down 10
In all fours 10

Instruction-page note: the movement description says 15 repetitions.

Common beginner mistakes

  • trying to close every level at once
  • losing the first squeeze while focusing on the next one
  • releasing the whole canal in a single drop
  • getting discouraged when the "levels" do not feel crisp yet
  • turning the whole exercise into a hard generic contraction

Figure/source note from the PDF

Source: PDF pages 9-10.

Figure labels: A-E show the progressive closure sequence. Page 10 carries the Tuesday schedule.

When to pause, scale down, or stop

Scale down if the three-level sequence feels impossible. You can:

  • practice entrance plus middle only
  • reduce the number of reps
  • slow the pulses down and treat the exercise as a coordination drill, not a power drill

Stop if the deeper-level cue makes you strain or bear down.
